1. Account Registration and Eligibility

1.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on btx365, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the platform in any capacity.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated systems may not register accounts.
• You have not previously had a btx365 account suspended, terminated, or closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion period on btx365 or any affiliated platform.
• All personal information provided during registration is accurate, genuine, and belongs solely to you.

1.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one btx365 account at any time. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any combination thereof — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. btx365 reserves the right to suspend all accounts associated with a suspected duplicate registration, to void any bets placed from those accounts, and to withhold any winnings pending investigation. If a duplicate account is confirmed, all funds beyond the original deposit amount may be forfeited.

1.3 Account Verification (KYC)

btx365 may, at its sole discretion and at any time, request identity verification documents from any player. This process — commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) — may include, but is not limited to: a valid government-issued photo identity document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence); proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within three months); and proof of the payment method used (a screenshot or confirmation of your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account details showing your registered name). Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality and, if the failure persists, potential account closure.

1.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your btx365 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use any automated tool to access the platform. btx365 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact support at [email protected] immediately.

2. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

btx365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following payment channels, all denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time. btx365 will use reasonable efforts to notify players of any changes to supported payment methods in advance.

2.2 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
• btx365 does not accept deposits made using funds derived from any unlawful activity. Any suspected money laundering activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your btx365 wallet within seconds of the transaction being confirmed. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two working hours.
• btx365 does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees — please check with your provider before depositing.

2.3 Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Your account must have passed KYC verification before a withdrawal can be processed. btx365 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. During high-volume periods or where additional verification is required, processing may take up to 72 hours.
• Any active bonus funds or wager-locked balances must satisfy their applicable wagering requirements before the corresponding real-money balance can be withdrawn. See Section 4 (Bonuses) for full details.

3. Betting and Gaming Rules

3.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on btx365 — whether on cricket, football, kabaddi, esports, or any other sporting event — are final once confirmed by the platform. It is your responsibility to ensure that all bet details (selection, stake, and odds) are correct before confirming a wager. btx365 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a bet once it has been confirmed, except in the limited circumstances described in Section 3.3 below.

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum stake per bet is ৳20. Maximum stake limits vary by market, event, and player account tier. btx365 reserves the right to apply individual account stake restrictions where it reasonably suspects irregular betting patterns, potential abuse, or exposure to unacceptable risk. Such restrictions may be applied without prior notice.

3.3 Void Bets and Event Cancellations

A bet may be declared void and the original stake returned in the following circumstances: the event to which the bet relates is cancelled or abandoned before the relevant result is determined; the bet was placed at an erroneous price caused by a manifest error on the part of btx365 or its data provider; or the event is ruled to have been subject to match-fixing or irregular activity as determined by the relevant sporting authority. btx365 will use reasonable efforts to resolve void bets within 48 hours of the relevant event outcome being confirmed.

3.4 Live Betting

Live (in-play) betting markets on cricket, football, and other sports are provided on a best-efforts basis. Odds during live events may be suspended at any time without notice — for example, during wickets, stoppages, VAR reviews, or other significant in-game events. btx365 accepts no liability for any delay between real-world events and the reflection of those events in live odds or bet settlement data.

3.5 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games, slot titles, and crash games available on btx365 are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others. Each game operates on a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) and carries its own published Return to Player (RTP) percentage. btx365 does not control the outcome of any individual game round. In the event of a game malfunction, all bets placed during the affected session will be voided and stakes returned.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

btx365 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet promotions, cashback offers, and other incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific promotion terms published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms will prevail.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

• Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the specific promotion terms.
• Only real-money bets count towards the wagering requirement. Bets placed using bonus funds do not contribute to clearing the wagering requirement unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Certain game categories may contribute at reduced rates towards wagering requirements. For example, live casino table games may contribute at a lower rate than slots. Full contribution rates are published in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from your account without notice.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

btx365 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: claiming the same promotional offer from multiple accounts; placing offsetting bets (also known as "matched betting" or "arbing") to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk; using automated software or betting systems to exploit bonus terms; and providing false information to qualify for a promotion. Where bonus abuse is identified, btx365 reserves the right to void all bonus-derived winnings, close the account, and withhold any balance pending investigation.

5. Responsible Gaming Obligations

5.1 Player Responsibility

btx365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gambling on this platform is intended as a form of entertainment. You acknowledge that gambling carries a risk of financial loss and that btx365 does not guarantee any winnings. You agree to gamble only with funds you can afford to lose and to treat any losses as the cost of entertainment rather than a financial strategy.

5.2 Available Responsible Gaming Tools

Players may request any of the following responsible gaming controls at any time by contacting support at [email protected]:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly caps on total deposits)
• Loss limits (maximum net loss thresholds over a defined period)
• Session time reminders and automatic session time limits
• Cooling-off periods (temporary account suspension of 24 hours to 30 days)
• Self-exclusion (permanent or long-term account closure with a minimum exclusion period of six months)

Once a self-exclusion has been activated, btx365 will make all reasonable efforts to enforce it, including blocking future registrations from the same device and payment method. However, btx365 cannot guarantee that self-exclusion will be technically effective in all circumstances and accepts no liability for breaches that result from the player using a different device, network, or payment method to circumvent the exclusion.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the btx365 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, their winnings voided, and their balance withheld pending investigation:

• Using any automated bot, script, software, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any multiplayer game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, bugs, or misconfigured odds to place bets with an artificially enhanced expected value.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any unlawful financial purpose.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing or placing bets on events the outcome of which you have any influence over or advance knowledge of.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing btx365 staff or other players through any communication channel.

7. Intellectual Property and Limitation of Liability

7.1 Intellectual Property

All content on the btx365 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of btx365 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of btx365.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, btx365 shall not be liable for: any loss of winnings, revenue, or profits; any loss of data; any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform; or any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of platform services, including during scheduled or unscheduled maintenance periods. btx365's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

7.3 Platform Availability

btx365 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we strive for high uptime, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable. btx365 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability during live betting events.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

btx365 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. A full description of the data we collect, the purposes for which we use it, and your rights in respect of your personal data can be found on the Privacy Policy page. btx365 will not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with payment processors, game providers, and regulatory bodies where required to operate the platform or comply with legal obligations.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the btx365 platform shall be submitted in the first instance to btx365's customer support team at [email protected] for informal resolution. btx365 will use reasonable efforts to resolve all disputes within 14 working days of receipt of a written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal proceedings. Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
